Scope: Is CrossFit for me?
Programming at CrossFit Iron and Steel works to deliver an increased level of fitness that will assist in improving all aspects of strength, explosiveness, balance, mobility and injury prevention by design, utilizing techniques that are broad and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed person, regardless of experience. All of CrossFit's workouts are based on functional movements; we scale weight, movements and intensity for each athlete. All full-range, full-body movements are core movements of life, found everywhere from early childhood to advanced life stages. They are in theory and practice (constantly varied, functional movements performed at relatively high intensity).

Success is found at CrossFit through trusting the system and its methods. Our community gathers in and outside of our walls to support each other in professional, athletic, emotional and many other life endeavors. The bonds built during our classes are some of the strongest many of us have experienced, and they carry over to all aspects of our lives.
