Drew Hagerman is a retired combat veteran (12B) that has used CrossFit to recover after being wounded during his last deployment. He coached at CrossFit Lewisburg for over 3 years and at CrossFit Iron and Steel since its inception in 2014. He brings a hard-nosed approach to the mental and physical components of the program and focuses on safe and efficient movement patterns, above all else. Coaching CrossFit allows him to continue serving his, community aswe ll as his fellow CrossFitters. He believes that in order to get something you've never had, You must be willing to do something you’ve never done

Norm served as a member of the U.S. Air Force, way back in the 1980’s, and in 2012 retired from the Pennsylvania State Police where he was employed for roughly 21 years. Norm is an original member of Crossfit Iron and Steel since its inception. Norm is client oriented and wants the best for each client he coaches. Though he sometimes seems a little easy, Norm realizes that inside everyone is an animal just waiting to be awakened. Norm likes to focus on safe movements but above all wants the clients of Crossfit Iron and Steel to see within themselves and believe they can perform any movement or task placed before them.

Kim Chandler spent 11 years as competitive gymnast as well as 3 years coaching a children’s gymnastics program. Kim first stepped into CrossFit Iron and Steel (first time at a CrossFit gym) two years ago and quickly fell in love with the competitive aspect as well as the community CrossFit offered! Kim joined the staff of CrossFit Iron and Steel in 2018 and has been everyone’s biggest cheerleader every since! When Kim’s not in the gym you can find her roaming the isles of target or hanging out with her family!
Farrah is from Colorado and has lived in the Danville area since 2013 when her husband moved here to work at Geisinger. She is a flight nurse for Geisinger Life Flight and the ICU. She enjoys the outdoors and loves to hike and kayak.
Farrah has 3 dogs and is a lover of all animals. In her spare time, you can find her with her dogs, or out with friends, soaking up the great outdoors. She enjoys yoga, CrossFit, and anything else that keeps her moving. Her newer passion is participating in Sprint Triathlons.
Will grew up active in team sports, ending his competitive athletic career playing Division 3 collegiate baseball. He coached boot camp style classes and worked as a personal trainer in Maryland. Will focused heavily on teaching proper form, and taught several classes which prioritized strength and mobility. After moving to Danville, he found CrossFit Iron and Steel in 2018 and has been hooked ever since. As a coach, Will values quality movement and safety above all else and wants all his clients to be confident in their abilities in and out of the gym.
